This is the worst insurance company. DO NOT GET THIS INSURANCE. SERGIO GONZALEZ is the worst, laziest agent. Whoever owns this company, I hope you read this. We filed a claim on Jan 5th and haven’t had any communication. We get JESUS on the line and he couldn’t care less. His response was “We have on record the appraiser called you 3 times.” (we received no calls) I kindly ask if there’s another form of contact with appraiser I.e email, phone number, secondary contact number for client, anything to make sure we don’t miss it... read more
