I’ve lived here since Day One, and it still feels like home. I’ve been a resident at Infinity³ Condos at 19 Grand Trunk Crescent since the building first opened, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to live in downtown Toronto. This building has horrible policies for packages and receiving mail. The property manager is hardly available, and when available doesn't really provide even the slightest solution, and there is one concierge guy who is just not a nice person at all. They hide behind "strict policies" with no wiggle room at all, threatening to return packages if you don't pick them up IMMEDIATELY. Horrible policies for packages & receiving mail. Dated amenities. The only good thing is the maintenance guy is kind and does a great job.
The condo building is average. The guards and maintenance team are very helpful, but the management team and board are completely useless out of touch dinosaurs. They're too cheap to spring for enough staff, so the front desk is constantly unmanned, and the process to receive deliveries is a joke, with average delays of 8 HOURS. I've lived in several highrise buildings downtown and this is the worst one. Amenities leave a lot to be desired, the gym is tiny and has no weights.
