I had what I thought was a gas leak and pse came out and told me it was likely the furnace ignitor going out, but to replace it, they were booked out and best bet to get it in service sooner would be to call a contractor. I have 4 small kids, and we needed heat for the night, so I called around and everyone was booked out into next week. Infinity, on the other hand, came here within two hours, replaced all my furnace filters, the ignitor, and were great. This the company to use. Ken and Bashar helped us install a new furnace. Biggest thing these are real good people. Ken (owner) is knowledgeable and genuinely cares about his customers. Bashar stayed in contact the whole way and went above and beyond. I could go on. Might invite them back to the house for some homemade NY style pizza. And they are BBB accredited.
