If I could give negative stars I would. In 59 years of life I have never had a more incompetent medical professional. Only see a host of NP’s. Was in the office Dec 23 for surgery medical clearance- the LIED to surgeon & said I missed a follow up!! There was no follow up! Cleveland clinic had to WALK THEM THROUGH A REFERRAL!! The desk girl didn’t know how to enter my appointment so she erased it. She told the doctor (for referral that I’d never been seen- I showed them bank statements.) their quality of care is atrocious.
