Had an incredible Physio recovery working with Andrew Huynh.
Avoid this place. GP was exceedingly late for an appointment twice. Was waiting on STI results and was told I needed a follow up with the doctor to discuss the results (usually implying positive results) rebooked only to tell me over a 30 second call that the results were negative. They then charged me another consultation fee of $97.
Andrew was great - really good diagnostitian. I had an injury that could have been a few things and he figured out exactly what it was. Easy to work with - super knowledgable but able to break it down effectively to me.
I understand delays can happen in healthcare and I’m happy to be patient. However, my phone consultation was delayed by almost 90 minutes with no communication or updates at all. I had a 38.5°C fever and spent the whole time waiting by my phone, not knowing when the doctor would call. Even a simple text or phone call to let me know there was a delay would have made a huge difference.
