I used to see the dentist in Creston, I was not taught good dental hygiene as a child and struggled with depression my whole life. In Creston they shamed me and looked at me with disgust in their eyes. The experience had me avoiding going to the dentist for YEARS. I eventually decided to go to Osceola and have been treated with nothing but compassion and understanding. I like how they explain what they are doing and take the time to actually listen. If I knew how good they were I would of had dental work done a lot sooner. Especially with coming from a generation and area they cause more pain and didn't take the time to explain what they were going to do.
LET'S JUST SAY A DENTIST WAS LAST ON MY PRIORITY LIST AS A SINGLE MOM. AND ALTHOUGH MY TEETH ARE WELL TAKEN CARE OF I DID HAVE 1 CAVITY. UUGGGGHHHH. I HAD ANXIETY SO BAD OF ALL THE THINGS THAT COULD GO WRONG!! BUT THIS DENTIST AND HIS WONDERFUL STAFF WALKED ME THRU EVERY LITTLE MOVEMENT AND REASSURED ME I WAS DOING GREAT! MADE ME FEEL LIKE A KID. I went here for a consultation for teeth extraction and dentures. When I get there x-rays were taken and they looked at my teeth. Then I was told by the dentist Dr.H that they didn't do dentures there because they don't have the facilities to do them. Ok I can understand that. Then he tells me that he could extract the teeth but would only do them two at a time. I specifically told the person I spoke with on the phone that I wanted a consultation for getting all of my teeth extracted in one visit if possible and that I also ... read more
Great dentist! A filling of mine came out from another dentist and they got me in the next day and fixed it right up.
