As a first time customer, I would never recommend this place for hair services. I wasn’t even 2 minutes late before they were calling my phone asking where I was at, I was literally parking. I had rescheduled my original appointment and I am almost wishing I never did. My stylist was Gwen, and as sweet as she is as a person, I don’t think she carried her duties out professionally as a stylist. We discussed in depth that I did not want to leave with short hair. I absolutely love this salon. I always feel welcome. The products are of the highest quality and the services are consistent. I always leave there happy and feeling pretty. In addition the salon cares about their community and helps raise awareness and funds for those in need. Couldn't be happier.
