We don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this one earned it. They damaged our product and the way they handled it was unprofessional. The response we got was rude, and it seemed like they tried to hide the damage rather than solve the problem. Communication was poor from start to finish. I’d suggest looking elsewhere
Very unprofessional. After they destroyed our product, they were rude and tried to kind of hide the destroyed products instead of just owning it. Customer service was bad and communication was so unprofessional throughout. Not how a professional company should handle issues. Would not use again and not definitely going to recommend.
