This was an excellent experience. Tom was on site 1 hour after I spoke with him on the phone. He had everything he needed with him. There’s a reason these guys only receive five star reviews. Extremely prompt service with competitive pricing. I sent an email and they got back to me the next day and Tommy was able to come by and replace my motor that afternoon. He was very communicative and professional, and had me fully set up in less than an hour. No pushy selling, and no hidden fees. Can’t recommend this company (or Tommy) enough!

Our technician Tommy was awesome! He was very responsive, assessed the damage, and provided us a quote. He got to work and 15 minutes later the garage door is back to working like new. Tommy was very transparent and discussed all of the issues and how to fix. He was also personable, his professionalism is very appreciated!
