Infinity family wellness is a good place to go for sublicade injections, It will take a couple of appointments to finally get it but its worth it.
Horrible bedside manner. Receptionists give false information. Management is aware of the horrible bedside manner, just doesn’t seem to care to correct it. I liked Klein at first, but I will not be returning after the visit today. They completely forgot my main concern at the visit despite me talking about it over and over. Weren’t going to check for said issue until I spoke up for the 100th time about it as they were ending everything.
Dr. Klein is the best pediatrician I have found. She is honest and doesn’t beat around the bush which I prefer. She doesn’t rush to writing prescriptions and supports the parents while ensuring the best for the child.
As a first time mom, I'm very grateful for Infinity Family Wellness! Dr. Busch and Dr. Klien, and every nurse or student we have interacted with are thorough, and never make you feel rushed. We have nothing but compliments for all the staff. Our son had a tongue/lip/cheek release through Dr. Klien as well, and they were great about check up appoitments, and well as having a lactation consultant available.
