We booked Infinity to do our gutters, fascia, soffits and new windows. The sales person was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and gave us a fair price. That's where our satisfaction with the company stopped. After several scheduling hiccups (Nick the project manager would say a crew was coming, but they never showed up) the work on our gutters, soffits and fascia began. He spent time going over all of my options and explained the quote in detail and did a thorough review of my home prior to providing an estimate. He not only got our roof job on the books but also gave us quotes on home projects we are thinking about in the future. He went out of his way to explain each detail to us.
