We hired Infinity Exteriors for a full replacement project involving all of our home's windows and a sliding door with a screen door. Working with the sales team was a great experience, and the initial installation process seemed to go fine. However, once we took a closer look at the finished product, the workmanship details were very disappointing. Across every single window, there are visible issues—including sloppy caulking, gaps, uneven finish work, and in some areas, broken/cracked wood trim and exposed underlayment. T... read more
Issac was great to work with during the estimate process and understood what we wanted done on our home that is 114 years old and our garage roof. We scheduled late fall for spring and just as promised they tackled the garage roof before winter then the aluminum soffit in spring. The soffit was custom. Bent to match the character of our home. The team was able to come out an... read more
We hired Infinity to replace our windows and doors, and we are very happy with every aspect of the work. Even in the summer heat, our installation team worked hard and professionally to get everything completed. The windows are great quality, and our new front door is beautiful. We’re very happy with our choice to go with Infinity for this project and would absolutely recommend them to friends and family looking for exterior work on their home.
We met with Jake a couple of times onsite and in the showroom to dial in our needs and wants for our whole-home exterior update. Jake made everything so easy and explained everything as it would transpire. Alex and Jerry did a great job installing our windows and doors. Very professional, great communication, and stayed on schedule. We also had Ricky and his siding crew come out and replace our siding. It was a challenge with some oddities of the existing siding and they took care of everything. Our home turned out ama... read more
