They’re UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. This rental items was hours late for drop off, and the company COMPLETELY missed the pick-up date, despite paying extra for a specific time. This caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration for me, and I had to scramble to find a larger truck to return the items. When I dropped off the tables, the new owner didn't seem concerned about the situation. As a party rental company this should be a main focus…Ensuring time deadlines are met. Infinity Event Decorations went above and beyond for our wedding. Marlen is so sweet, and genuinely passionate about decor and aesthetics. She knows what looks good, and you can trust her opinions! Extremely accommodating, punctual and communicative, professional through and through. On top of renting out tableware, linens, and chair ribbons, they also set up the decor and broke everything down at the end of the night--they even set up decor that we hadn't rented from them!
