Craig came buy to do a check on my reverse osmosis device. Found out the valve for the filters was plugged. He brought it back to the office to replace the part. That was in 2025 in December. I still don't have my device. I would not recommend him for anything. Can't trust Craig. Poor business man.
They installed a water system which stopped working a few months later, and now they don't answer the phone.
What a nightmare. I had Craig install a water filtration system and softener in my home. He asked to be paid in full before the end of the month to secure pricing( February 2024). He then proceeds to take 3 months and about 8 visits to install when he told me it should be done in an afternoon, in a couple of hours. The installation was suppose to have lifetime yearly inspections at the cost of only replacing filters as necessary.
