They installed a water system which stopped working a few months later, and now they don't answer the phone.
What a nightmare. I had Craig install a water filtration system and softener in my home. He asked to be paid in full before the end of the month to secure pricing( February 2024). He then proceeds to take 3 months and about 8 visits to install when he told me it should be done in an afternoon, in a couple of hours. The installation was suppose to have lifetime yearly inspections at the cost of only replacing filters as necessary. It's works just way too expensive
I have a water filtration system at my business. Craig came to check the water, and said he changed the filters. (at this point I doubt he even changed the filters) He told me to e-transfer him the money for the filters, which I did. He said he would email me the receipt. This was in December of 2024. To top it off, the system does not work now as he connected it incorrectly and I am not sure how to connect it properly.
