They backed up the wrong side of my house and pricing is not competitive to other solar companies. The sales person I worked with won't refer them as an installer any longer because their work is not the best and it is nearly impossible to get corrections.
At first, I was very impressed by their "initial" low cost and how efficient their customer service was over the phone. After 3 months, I got an email saying my account expired and I need to renew my plan even though I did not pick a 4 month plan. I have a 15 month lease so having a 4 month plan would be silly. When I went to renew, all potential options were double what I had originally chose.
