I went in for a filing and extraction. My experience with Dr. Pedram was excellent. He was thorough, thoughtful and the whole procedure was totally painless, and the healing took place pretty quickly too. Infinity Dental is a great practice with polite and courteous individuals and I’d definitely recommend it. I would also like to point out the front desk staff is excellent and extremely helpful.
The dentist has consistently no showed appointments. The clinic didn't even have the decency to tell me ahead of time that the dentist won't be there. I get emergencies happen but this just seemed like 'I'm heading out early to enjoy the rest of my day'.
I had a bad and weird experience overall on such a simple operation and left with an unfinished job. Seems like they want whale customers and dont want normal people with simple issues and treat them honorably and give proper time. Went due to my teeth cutting my tongue a bit and to get a polishing work to smooth them out. Had the polishing done in 30 seconds and I am out.I cant tell at that point if its all good or not as my tongue still hurts.
