Infinity sucks you in with their picturesque model homes and fantastic neighborhood locations. Everything beyond this, is an absolute nightmare. If we could turn back the clock we would’ve ran away after our first call with Scott, the owner of Infinity. He is a smug condescending man who values profits over everything. The one star in this review is purely for his staff as they genuinely try to do their jobs. Dealing with Infinity post move-in has been a miserable experience. Countless things not done right the first time (or the second) and then it takes four to five additional bandaid fixes for any real improvements to happen. At minimum, it takes weeks but generally months for emails to get responses and that's only after you continue to bump your email to hopefully gain some attention. Overall it's been a really disappointing experience. It's an endless cycle of excuses, being ignored and attitude.

Designing the home was great and all pre-build aspects were fantastic. It was during and after the build that things fell apart. So many mistakes were made and things were left incomplete even now (8 months out from move in). Trim work was shoddy and our home wasn't cleaned before move in. We also had two gas leaks due to improper hardware being used for construction that punctured the line.
