Heads up to anyone considering Building with Infinity Custom Homes… I’m sharing my experience to help others avoid the same issues I’m facing. My driveway concrete—hired/contracted through Infinity Custom Homes—is severely crumbling and scaling after just 3 years in the home. Despite reaching out to Infinity multiple times to get this fixed, I have received no reasonable resolution. We built with ICH and moved into our home two years ago - and it still feels like we are living in a dream (a very stylish, beautifully-built dream)! The house is everything we hoped for and more. Huge shoutout to Ray from Warranty and the ICH team for going above and beyond - like, gold-star, superhero-level service. We are beyond grateful for our gorgeous home and their top-notch support. 10/10 would build again (but don’t worry, we are not going anywhere!). Highly recommend!
IF you want to spend north of 400k buy infinity No front or back yard, houses are parked about 10ft apart and materials are cheap.
