This company is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have dealt with. Their lack of professionalism, poor communication, and complete disregard for how customers should be treated is unacceptable. We are in the process of bringing our parents home to live with me and my family. We have called every agency in the Boise area. Mindy with Infinity Care, she was so amazing and knowledgeable, we are meeting with the rest of the family, if we do decide to go that route, we would choose Infinity Care and Services. They really care.
