I was a first time customer and went in for waxing services. The inside is nice. I was ultimately disappointed because the person providing the service was not clear about pricing. I ended up paying more than I expected. Also, a 15% gratuity was tacked on to the cost. I wasn't that impressed with the services because she was a bit rough with my face. I definitely would not have tipped 15%. Not the best first experience.
First of all, I want to say is that the older gentleman that does nails is a sweetheart and thats why I gave these stars. I always forget his name but hes very polite, warm hearted and does a fantastic job. But..m This place can get pricey but I disregarded it at first. Previously they never included a tip and asked ALWAYS asked I wanted to include a tip, in which I ALWAYS gave a generous tip.
