Bad customer service
I went in during the lunch hour to setup a business bank account today with this community based bank. There was no wait or line. Lydia got my business account up and running in the speed of light. Before I could finish the initial paper work the vice president of the bank introduced himself, gave me his business card, and asked me to be sure and speak to him in his office before I left the bank.
