I was suppose to get married on Sunday September 13th 2020 on the Ovation. Our wedding got canceled due to COVUD-19 and they refuse to give us all of our money back! Our wedding dreams were crushed and had to plan everything in just 5 weeks. Rescheduling was not an option for us due to my medical issues. I do not recommend this place. they are all about their money and not being compassionate and doing the right, humane thing right now! I am completly heart broken.
I have always thought very highly of this company until now. When faced with a very complicated and unfortunate situation such as Covid, I feel they have taken the wrong road when dealing with their customers. Withholding and refusing to return a $3,500 deposit when they (Infinity & Ovation) cancelled the event (due to State guidelines), is a terrible smack in the face to a young couple just starting out. I’ve chartered this Venue for weddings 👰 and attended several functions on board many times. I recommend it to my clients with confidence. You will have a great time on board the ovation and infinity. The staff is polite and attentive, the food is always excellent, and the privacy of being on board the yacht provides the backdrop to a successful event. Thank you again and I’ll see you again soon!
The Event Director (Chelssee) and her staff provided an excellent service for our Vow renewal ceremony.
