I was very disappointed with our recent visit to Herrin\-Gear INFINITI in Jackson\. My mother had a 1:30 p\.m\. appointment for routine servicing and a tire rotation, but we did not leave until approximately 5:00 p\.m\. A service that should have taken about one to one and a half hours turned into a three\-and\-a\-half\-hour ordeal\. The biggest issue was the lack of communication\.
