Great service experience. Dedicated and knowledgeable staff.
I had a great 1st time experience @ Herrin Gear Jackson, MS. Patrick my service advisor was very helping by keeping me updated during the oil change and tire rotation was taking place. He made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area while offering refreshments as well as making sure I didn’t need anything. I highly recommend Patrick to be your service advisor!!!
