Don’t take your car here, was overcharged 3 different times, they don’t care, they’ll charge you for things you don’t need, charge you for extra hours of labour they didn’t need. The guy will tell you one price over the phone and when you got to pick it up they’ll try to charge you 3x what they told you earlier. Brought it in to get engine light looked at, didn’t fix it just taped some wires, and brought it back and had to pay another diagnostic charge cuz they got it wrong the first time. Have not had one good experience

Had a minor issue with our 2021 Infiniti, and since Prince Albert doesn't have a dealership, I have to take it here, which is an hour and a half away. Booked an appointment for 3 weeks down the line at 930am. I stated to the service guy that I'm out of town and have nowhere to go and he said their courtesy car was in for major repairs.
