Infinity dealership staff were efficient, very professional and completed the job before the quoted time along with having my car washed at a very high standard. Excellent service.
Went in for an oil change on my 2023 QX60. Vehicle had less than 12000 miles. Was told that my back brakes and rotors were worn out due to aggressive braking and was quoted $1400 to replace. Knowing that aggressive braking wasn't the cause (the front brakes were still like new. Again, only 12000 miles on the vehicle.
