Called the parts department for a simple coupler, was told i had to replace the entire cooling system, Chris at the parts department seemed to have no patience, spoke with an attitude, and mumbled his words. Although I had a part number, I was told I had to swap out the entire radiator. Get this man behind a service manual or a mop because he has no idea how to sell parts.
We had a great experience at this Infiniti location. First we were greeted by the manager ,a very nice and warm Italian man. We were helped by Sthephany Gutierrez, a remarkable young lady who guide us thru our choice of a QX50. She was quick and knowledgeable about all our questions and inquiries . We ended buying the QX50 and are very happy with our choice. Thanks too to Pippo the manager,but also Youhann, the assistant manager and Eric at finances. Great team !!!!
Just picked up my QX60 (1/31/2025) after having my rear shocks replaced (at the dealerships recommendation). Car squeaks more now than before I dropped it off. Having to take it back again on Monday 2/3/25 to have it looked at again. They could not have road tested the vehicle after the repair as the squeak was noticeable the minute I drove it off the lot.
Service from Palm Springs Infinity has been excellent - 13 years and counting!
