I recently purchased a 2019 Infiniti Q50 and had a few questions about servicing. Service Director Russ took the time to answer all of them. If he didn’t have an answer immediately, he followed up promptly and professionally with the information I needed. I really appreciated the level of customer service and communication. Would highly recommend these guys.
I brought my vehicle in for an issue with my rear headrest TV. The issue was diagnosed quickly, the part was ordered, and I was rescheduled for a repair when the part would come in. Fast and Friendly service.
