Richard was very helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was extremely pleasant.
They have no sense of humor. My inspection with oil change was completed and the results given to me. The customer representative who handed over the paperwork to me did not at any time asked me if I wanted to fix the faults discovered in my car. Everything they wrote down was I declined to fix them. What a blatant lie to my face. I am so disappointed!!!
