I had an amazing buying experience working with Steve Keech & the rest of the Infiniti West Chester team. Everyone was super friendly & helpful. We found the car we wanted & were easily able to work out terms that made sense for both parties. Steve really went above & beyond including helping us by dropping off the car from a detail. I could not have had a better experience & already have referred Steve & Infiniti to a friend.
They want your money, I previously left happy, until I had issues. With my car, and customer service. Not going back. Wasted time n money going here. That’s my honest feedback.
Great experience with our sales consultant Steven Keech, Geovanny the sales manager and Jay the finance manager!! All were amazing!! We found our Infinity QX60 via the internet and Steven even worked on his day off to complete the sale and paperwork!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to buy a car!!!
I used to go to the Willow Grove Infiniti and they wouldn’t fix a problem on my car under factory warranty and said that I broke it, but after coming to the Westchester they said they would take care of it no questions asked, they gave me by far the best service and I was very happy that they washed my car! the infinity in Willow Grove never did that for me. I just want to say I appreciate all your great service and will be coming back even when my warranty ends, thank you.
Joshua Price is an excellent salesman! The dealership is top notch! Would definitely recommend. Love my Infinity QX 65!!!!
