My wife purchased a car here in the fall. From the time of delivery nothing went as planned. She complained about a stain that DARREN said he would take care of. Once gotten at home the next day and seen in day light the stain was still there. I purchased a new QX55 in October, and the experience has been extremely disappointing from day one. Before leaving the lot, I pointed out a stain inside the brand-new vehicle to my salesman, Darren. I was told it would be taken care of. When I got home, the stain was still there. I had to bring the car back just two days later to have it addressed.
