If I could leave zero stars, I would. I purchased a 2014 Infiniti Q50 from Ozario in November 2024, under the impression that the vehicle had received a full service, as stated at the time of sale. Naturally, I expected that to include at least a thorough inspection. Fast forward a few months, and I began experiencing issues with the transmission. I purchased a 2021 QX50 certified pre-owned from this dealership about a year ago now. The car had a multitude of issues that I noticed within the first month of ownership, most notably a "drive system malfunction" fault that they could not initially tell me why it was happening or how to fix. After about 7 months and 4 or 5 trips to the service center (one a failed battery not related to the other problems), the service team did manage to resolve most of the issues that I had made them aware of, and all under warranty. Recently just purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of West Chester, it was a very pleasant experience largely because of sales person Edgar, who's a very personable, attentive and easy going young man who's going places. Additional paperwork needed to by signed and to not to inconvenience my schedule, Edgar hand delivered them to my front door as I was completeing my lawn work, which was much appreciated.
