I came in looking for a specific car and felt like I was being ignored for a long time. When someone finally helped me, they seemed way too pushy and made the whole experience feel stressful instead of exciting. I walked away without making a deal because the communication was just not there, which was really frustrating.
I bought a certified pre-owned 2025 Infiniti QX80 at Infiniti of West Chester. Steven, the sales consultant and Rafael, the manager, both did a great job with helping me with my trade in and with putting a deal together. Definitely would recommend Steven as a consultant - very professional, knowledgeable and customer- oriented. Very satisfied with a deal I got from Infiniti of West Chester.
Had an excellent car buying experience with James Ferraioli at Infiniti West Chester this past weekend. Left with the car of my dreams and didn’t have that “icky” feeling I’ve had after some prior car purchases at other businesses.
