I’m not one to leave reviews but felt that my experience needed to be shared. A few months ago my car would not start and I had a two year warranty on my battery. It was bulging on the top and sides and leaking acid. I called Infiniti to advise of this and of my warranty on my battery and they told me I had to tow my car there in order for them to test it before they could replace. They are reliable, honest and operate with integrity. I recommend them to anyone who is looking for some great mechanics. Larry always takes the time to answer any questions I may have, and provides me with all the options available- from repair to replacement. It can be difficult to find mechanics you can trust with your vehicle, so l'm very happy to have found Infiniti of Springfield! Larry and the guys are the best!
