I took my car in to Dave Smith motors on Sprague Ave. to get serviced, new brakes, etc. I had a pair of Beats wireless earbuds in my middle console that I leave there with the charger for when I go to the gym and when I got my car back my headphones were missing and someone had gone through my car as random compartments were left open. What a quick, professional experience buying my Infiniti QX50. Great service, quick resolution in the sales process, and flexibility when needed. A pleasure to do business with the entire team.
The service department took the car right away, provided a loaner car so I could run errands, and provided good information about the results of the service.
Very unsatisfactory customer service over the past two weeks. Both of my key fobs stopped working, so initially I started with Infiniti national customer service, who directed me to the local dealership. I got on the website for help, and a virtual assistant began chatting with me. I explained everything, left contact information, and was assured I would receive a call back ASAP.
