Efficient, personal service. Repair is fine. Thanks to Andre and Eddie for explaining the problem and the needed repair. They took an interest and I felt confident in the information and the repair
We made an appointment for 8A and dropped the car off the day before and filled out paperwork and put key in box. I called at noon to check in and they had no idea that the car was there and had done none of the work. No apologies and poor customer service.
Edson did an amazing job taking care of me and my car and went the extra to ensure such! I've been coming to this dealership for service for a little over 8 years and will continue! It's a place there are places to go while my car is being serviced which is a plus as well!
