Forgot to put oil back in my car during an oil change. Stay far away from them.
Made this appt as it was the first day a loaner car would be available. No loaner car...... Indicated that aside from the oil change, we needed the charging ports addressed as we can no longer connect. Was told today before checking in that the only solution aside from a fuse is to replace the ports and they need to be ordered. Would have though they could have been ordered in advance of our appt or perhaps they could keep a few sets in inventory as this seem to be a problem they encounter periodically. We had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. The price advertised online was inaccurate, and we were only informed of this after arriving in person. Despite the misleading posting, we decided to move forward because we really liked the car. After extensive back and forth and receiving a detailed offer from the sales manager, we were ready to proceed — only for him to retract the offer, claiming his manager did not approve.
