I had a very disappointing experience at Smithtown Infiniti Nissan. I was told it would take about an hour just to get a simple update on my vehicle. Instead, I was left waiting for over three hours with no communication and no sense of urgency. They don’t have an Infiniti signage on the curb so, unless you are aware that the Infiniti dealership is within the Nissan dealership, you’ll be looking forever. Competition Infiniti, which Smithtown Infiniti replaced, was a stand-alone Infiniti dealership so I was looking for another standalone dealership. I don’t know if an Infiniti sign would have helped the situation of the part for my car being delivered to the dealership instead of another storefront, but I’ve been waiting to have a seatbelt replaced.
