I got to the dealership at 12:42 and i am still here at 7:25 pm i am the last person leaving i was pre approved for my car and it still took 6 almost 7 hours to get my car i signed all the pw around 6pm asked them to fill my tank up around 7pm i am still waiting for my car, they are very friendly but so slow i am highly disappointed. Also a guy shanin begged me to do this review becasue he detailed my car i thought when you get cars off a carlot it’s supposed to be detailed and washed.
I brought in my 2019 QX50 because it wouldn’t start. It turned out to be just a dead battery. I was shocked to be charged $325 for a diagnostic on something that many shops check for free. On top of that, they still charged me full price for the battery replacement which bring the total cost $630. I understand dealership rates are higher, but this felt excessive for such a basic issue. I won’t be returning for future service.
