Although we ultimately did not purchase a QX80 from INFINITI of Peoria, I wanted to take the time to leave a five-star review for Executive Manager Jon Parske because exceptional customer service deserves recognition whether a sale is made or not. was disappointed with my experience working with John. The communication and customer service did not meet my expectations, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled professionally. I hope the dealership uses this feedback to improve how customers are treated.
Rear air conditioning vent is not working. My poor kids have not had decent circulation of air this last summer month and I had no idea. I did not even think I would have needed to check it since I came in for a new alternator. My 6yr old had to mention it. It worked fine before I dropped my car off so I don’t know how it got ruined. Also, my car was filthy. I was under the impression (especially since I used to work there) that Infiniti would clean the vehicle after being serviced. I hardly ever write reviews but this one felt warranted. Their ‘instant offer’ for our car was barely higher than Carvana’s, but we live close by so we figured we’d go in to hopefully get it sold in person. I asked beforehand to make sure this was an outright purchase and I didn’t need to trade it in or buy something from them to get that offer.
