Can't say enough about how attentive Spencer and the entire team was at Infiniti of Peoria. Communication was great and easy follow up. Definitely appreciated how customer focused they were.
At Infiniti of Peoria Service date July 21st 2026. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I was lied to by the service rep Taylor and the technician that worked on my car. Let me break this down. I made an appointment for a standard oil, change tire rotation, and their usual 20 point inspection. I was told it would be an hour wait when I made my appointment.
