The service department was super helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to locate the problem with my vehicle, find the replacement part and fix it quickly. I highly recommend this service department.
My overall experience was great! My sales person Chase was knowledgable, capable, and friendly. He worked to make the process run smoothly on the purchase of my Infinity QX80.
It was a pleasure being a customer of them. They were very helpful and understanding. Everything went so smoothly, will definitely recommend them.

11.21.2025 - update - went back to give them another try. I made an appointment via phone for an oil change and was quoted $99, but my coupon would make it $79. Took the car in and everything went as planned until the bill came. The car came back washed, but was also to have a 'basic detail' or vacuuming done (this wasn't done) and then the bill was $149 instead of $99...they charged me $50 for tire rotation. The service guy was nice and adjusted everything, but then told me they charge 3% for cards...yikes - very tacky. So ... read more
