I know this is long but boy oh boy did I need to rant! Put this on Infinity Facebook page. How anyone in their right mind would ever do business with Infinity is beyond me. I am utterly in disbelief at the way they back up their customers. They should be ashamed for even cashing the check (54000.00) if you can't stand up for the people that keep you in business. I thought the new car process would be a long and painful one. They proved otherwise to me! My experience was great and took no time at all. Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful.
I'm so excited about my Infiniti! The salesman knew all about it and got my phone synced up with the on board computer. Every important feature was explained without rushing. They even called to make sure I was enjoying it and I truly am!

Amazing Experience My experiences with Infiniti of Orland Park have been amazing! I've bought a lot of cars in my life and my experience with sales and management was great.
