I’ve had my car serviced here twice. They do a great job. They really take care of me and they have never tried to sell me additional additional services I didn’t need. Also, my car comes back cleaner than when I dropped it off.
GM Nick Dubiel is dishonest and rude. He fails to educate his salesmen and thinks its ok for a customer who relies on the salesmen's knowledge to be tricked into buying a car that is falsely advertised and misrepresented. Shame on Infiniti for allowing this man to represent their brand and shame on Mossy Automotive Group for putting him in charge. You've been warned!

Went in because I had to buy out my lease no option to purchase otherwise. They tried to pass on extra fees thinking I would not notice then fought me on it. Finance manager continued to be condescending talking down down to me. Then when A sales manager came to check what the commotion was tried to deny it. They did nothing but treat me like a second class citizen. Go elsewhere! .#timesup #stopthinkingwearedumb. #treatmeequal. #horribledealership
I just purchased a 2017 QX70 from Infiniti of Oceanside. This has to be one of the easiest car transaction I ever made. The car was priced right so no negotiations had to be made. The sales person Emilio was great to work with showing me the car and even letting me test drive it twice. When it came to the paperwork the General Sales Manager David and the Sales Manager Shawnea were very helpful and professional. Please give them a shot on your next car purchase. 5 STARS PLUS!!
