We had a positive experience buying our used car but less than a week and the water pump on the car broke. We had to drive off major highway and have the car fixed. We had purchased the extended warranty but had no paperwork to back that up. Called multiple times to extended warranty department without ANY response; called our original salesperson and was told the paperwork would be sent out the next day, and it still hasn't been received..that was two weeks ago.
