The worst dealership I’ve ever worked with. My car was totaled over three months ago, and I’ve been trying ever since to cancel my extended warranty and receive a refund. I’ve called countless times and spoken to several managers, but no one ever follows up or returns my calls. When I do manage to reach someone, they promise to look into it and then disappear. Liars! Worst experience buying a car ever. I have bought many over the 67 years of my life. These people are high pressure and will tell you anything to get the sale. Once they have payment, good luck on getting them to return a call. They messed up entering the actual address of where I and my fiancée reside in Wilson County after we explained it was incorrect telling us it would be fixed.
