I will never go to infiniti of melbourne again for service, let alone buy any more vehicles from them. Its a shame after years of buying cars, like 7 cars and been gouged on so much service work when they had me strung over a barrel because of breakdowns they always made me pay double or triple, this was the last time. They had my car for a month. In that time they looked at it for 2.5 hours. They put my car on the back burner. I would call up there and the service department would ignore my phone calls. Every week I would have to go up there to get an answer. I finally talked to the a mechanic there and he said that the computer isent throwing a code so they cant fix it.
