I purchased a vehicle over a month ago from this dealership. The staff was friendly, but that's about it.AFTER purchasing the car, they notified me that the liftgate wasn't opening. RecommendedOur power steering went out on the freeway and ultimately we had our car towed in to the service center. The customer service representative was very helpful and even though there were no guest cars available she expedited the parts needed and kept us advised every step of the way. Susanne was wonderful and I can highly recommend her.
We have bought 3 cars from this dealer. First two were great experiences. This one was disappointing. Car had a mechanical issue which they said they fixed, but they didn't. Ended up having to get towed, and was without a car for three days. Communication was nonexistant. Probably due to staffing challenges because of Covid, but was frustrating nonetheless.
Recommended3rd time doing business here and this was our best experience yet! The sales manager Kevin Wood and his associate Justin Nunn made this car buying experience an excellent one! Justin asked all the right questions to find us exactly the car we were looking for, and when it was time to talk about the numbers, Kevin made it worth are while. We love our QX60! Thank you
