The car was dirty inside and out, tank was empty so I barely got a test drive. Ran my credit before I even knew what was happening. Asked if I'd like to put down $200 to hold the car, right as he finished the paperwork the "manager" came in an said "we don't take deposits" take the keys and basically says if I want the car it has to be right now.
It was an ok experience. I kind of felt once the deal was closed they sales rep that helped me wasn't very interested if I was happy with the purchase. Plus I have to do a lot of the legwork with getting them the info for my payoff on my old loan which I didn't think I would be responsible for. The car I bought needs an oil change in 1000 miles. Liars, liars, liars. They had me drive to their dealership in a snow storm From 65 miles away. I called ahead to make sure the car was still available. When I got there the car had been sold days earlier. I should bill these people for my time, gas, miles and tolls. Steer clear of this dealership.
They responded and were very courteous and respectful.
Just purchased my car through them *2011 G25x* & they were phenomenal! Jay, Omar & Will especially!!! I give them 5 stars & 2 thumbs up! I'll definitely be purchasing through them again in the future!
They responded and even offer to look for the exact car I wanted.
Drawed me into the dealership saying they had the car I wanted, turns out they had a newer one for more money and tried to sell it to me. Than took my turn in keys with the manager so I couldn't leave while they were having a meeting and made me wait for one hour!
I spoke with Mike and gave him all my info on my trade in and waited 1 week, he never got back to me!!!
Dealer worked very hard with me to make a deal, with out being pushie.
