Just brought car from these guys today. Here is what was great - I got a car that was 2 years old with 450 miles (certified) for roughly $24k off 2016 MSRP. Great car - happy with deal. Here is the bad news - these guys took a bath on a car - and their game plan was to make it up with financing. Full and fair - I’m a financial advisor- have been for 22 years. Worst experience EVER! They actually pulled a bait & switch routine! Told me the car was there Friday night and made an appointment for a test drive Saturday morning. The car was allegedly "already sold" but offered two other cars to choose from. Like I didn't see this coming. Long story short, and a couple of hours later, the manager and salesmen had the nerve to sit and eat their lunch while me and my son waited like idiots in another room to discuss one of the vehicles.
