Very nice dealership and service department!
We just purchased our 7th Infiniti from this dealership! Michael Bickett is almost like family now-having known him and worked with him since 2006. Michael (and the entire staff) is always professional but personable. He knows these cars inside and out and I trust him! That’s big when dealing with any salesperson. The sales and service departments are always great! It was a quick and painless car buying experience thanks to Michael and the staff at Infiniti of Lexington!
My husband and I purchased a CPO 2022 Qx60 in May of 2025. While we loved how the car drove we quickly started encountering issues with the electrical system. To clarify-- we don't think anyone at Infiniti was aware of the issues. We worked with several different people. Several attempts were made to fix the issues, but to no avail. I bought a CPO vehicle last fall from this dealership. I live in Texas. They did a solid job of conducting the transaction from afar. This past month after having vehicle serviced at my local Infiniti dealer, an issue was discovered with the brake pads which generally don’t fall under warranty items.
