Wanting to let you know how absolutely wonderful frank from your parts department is, after a breakdown with our qx60 and after numerous phone calls to other dealerships, frank was instrumental in getting us back on the road by tracking down what we needed taking the time to make sure we were getting the right part and getting it to us as quickly as possible.
