Car works great since getting the turbos replaced (under warranty) but this place seems to have no idea what the purpose of an appointment is. Scheduled an appointment to get the turbo issue (re)diagnosed (a dealership in Denver already did, but the parts didn't come in in time). When I dropped the car off, I was greated with "eh, it might take a couple of days--maybe a week". Was able to pick it up the next day in that case but getting them actually replaced took 2 weeks.
I’ve been bringing my QX60 to Infiniti of Kearny Mesa for the past year and a half, but unfortunately, their service quality has significantly declined recently. I initially took the car in because all of the 360 cameras had stopped working. Over the past 7 years I have been with the Service Department and 2 Infiniti Crossovers. They never disappoint! Everyone I have had help me have been nothing but Friendly and Knowledgeable! They have taken very good care of me and my car! Kudos to that Service Team!
