Top notch service when servicing your car, very nice waiting room with very good tasting mocha coffee machine , always excellent customer service by the check in staff and you know they’re cars pretty much run forever with min maintenance , win win !

The service here like most KC dealerships leaves a lot to be desired. When I pulled up there were staff running around all over the place but NO ONE said anything or even acknowledged that I was there. I’m pulling up in a new car for my first service and I’m sitting in my car for ten minutes while one guy just stands there with his hands in front of him like he’s working security. My alternator went out. They quoted me $1300…my mechanic did it for $600! They apparently take lunch from 11-1:30pm. If you need help from the service dept during that time, unless the one person on the floor was the person originally helping you— he can’t do anything about helping you pay your invoice— you’ll just have to wait. Thanks, Mike! Joey the Service manager never returned my call. It took 45 min for someone to get a porter to help the tow truck guy get access to my vehicle.
