Simply the best customer service!
The first thing that Honolulu Infiniti could do better is having a more responsive service department that communicates with customers. I have been an Infiniti owner for 19+ years and Honolulu Infiniti is the absolute worst dealership I have dealt with. The service departments of Toyota and Chevrolet provide better service.

ALANA by far the bestest car sales associate on the island. Very genuine, professional and friendly. When she says she well will do everything in her power to get you into a vehicle you want she will. We bought an SUV from her last week and the experience was so great and hassle free. Just an overall great lady and knows how to treat customers well. She has helped us where no other dealers could. Thank you ALANA!
Always the best. It’s my fourth Infiniti and each time I service my car they always treat me right... thank you guys. And the waiting area is nice and clean also complimentary snacks and coffee are great. Complimentary car wash are great too. By far on my experience to my other vehicles to other dealerships. Infiniti is still number one. Looking forward to get next Infiniti from same location. Thank you guys
