I’ve owned many different brands and been to many service departments in my time. This dealership is one of the only ones I can whole heartedly recommend and appreciate the entire service experience. I now take both my Infiniti and Nissan into service here, sure price wise it’s a little more but it’s worth every penny to have it done right and have it done in a timely manner. Nice staff and service on your car is on point
Infiniti of Gwinnett Service Department is the absolute best around. We drive 2 hours to have our vehicle serviced by them because other Infiniti dealerships closer to us on the southside of Atlanta are a joke, rude, or unfamiliar with their own cars.
