Took them almost a week to ship a part that was supposed to come in a couple of days. Thank god my life didnt depend on their service, or I would have been buying a casket next

He ensured that I was well taken care of both over the phone and during my drive from Michigan to Dayton in the storm. There was no pressure to buy. I wanted to take a few minutes to say thank you to the service department for the recent service on my Nissan Frontier truck and Infiniti car. Mark (Service Manager) and his team are very professional, but I would especially like to say that Ernesto and Shea are Exceptional. They are very knowledgeable, polite, and has a well-manner approach with their customers. They recently went above and beyond to help me with a mind-boggling issues and got it fixed. Do not trust these people they tell you they're going to fix stuff for you and then once they make that deal with you they don't do it

The worst place to buy a new Infinity they keep changing their prices did it to me THREE times their salesman Darius and his boss are terrible, do yourself a favor go to Greenwich Infinity much more professional
