I cannot give less than one star or I would. I have had nothing but negative experiences with service. In fact, I rarely get the car serviced there except when it's a warranty issue. This time, my roof rack needed to be replaced because it has an issue with the weather stripping - and the QX60 is under warranty. I went in early January for other warranty/recall work and they allegedly ordered the roof rack. Fast forward 6 weeks. I've emailed, I've called. I moved from California 2 years ago. I regularly had my car serviced at Infiniti of Fairfield. Since leaving, I have brought my car to 3 other Infiniti dealers for service. I have yet to find one service department that even comes close to them.
I can't speak for anyone else, but if you come to Infiniti of Fairfield come ask for me Sarah Gillons! I am fair, non-pressure and I give you excellent customer service!
Today, I brought my G25 in for an oil change. Service Advisor Leslie was so pleasant and made us feel so welcomed. It's customer service like what Leslie offered that will bring me back time and time again. Thanks, Leslie, and thank you, Momentum/Infiniti for hiring an excellent employee!
