I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,107. Don't ever trust their listed price. It's clear deception!! I stopped by the dealership to test drive and negotiate. I was prepared to pay 25, 600 ( price after a $500 promotion discount) plus taxes. On their website they disclose in fine print a $850 document fee. What Infiniti of Englewood doesn't disclose is the EXTRA $2,900 of other fees, for which they said was MANDATORY that they wanted me to pay. I saw a car online I wanted. It was listed as $26,806. I called them asking about the fees on top of it and they said don't worry, we'll negotiate. So after an hour long drive, i'm ready to buy the car thinking I may pay somewhere near to $28,000 plus tax at most. Look at the bill they gave me. It went from $26,806 to $36,583 after tax! Almost $10,000 more than the listed price online! We purchased our 2015 QX 80 Infiniti here. The car was serviced here, 9 years of customer loyalty.In 11/23, a tree fell and clipped the top, back corner of the car. No issues to drivability, no evidence inside the car. We waited 3 months for a collision shop to give us a repair quote.In 3/24 the quote for the panels to be repaired exceeded 70% of the estimated value. THE WORST DEALER TO BUY A CAR FROM!!!!!!!!! The manager ***** and sales worker ******* was not helpful at all . All they want is your money and dont even try to help their customers. I was better off going to a side dealer and getting a car with 200k miles. ***** mistake i made and hopefully anybody reading this WONT! make the same mistake. I went to the dealership for my first oil change. I was told I had already received an oil change one week after I purchased the car. This was not true. The technician left my oil cap off and now I have oil all over my motor. I called the services manager several times. It has been 7 days and no call back. I love my car, but I feel very uncomfortable about having my car serviced at this location.

Was told to bring my car in for end of lease . I was going to re-lease an infinity and in the end decided to change brands. After leaving my car on the lot- I received end of lease and was charged hundreds for damage that was non-existent when I turned the car into the dealership. The dealership had inspected the car when I was going to re-lease another Infinity and knew the major damage was not there. I would give less than 1 if available. WORST customer service experience with the Service maintenance department. Waited 5 hours without an update unless I sought for it. The service technician started an argument with me and the service director was also very rude. Will never return to this location. BEWARE!
